¿Cómo agrego un medicamento?
Ve a la pestaña "Medicamentos" y toca el botón "+". Ahí puedes indicar el nombre, dosis, horario, y si el tratamiento es fijo (con fecha de fin) o continuo.
¿Cómo invito a un familiar a mi círculo de cuidado?
Desde la pestaña "Círculo", toca "Invitar" para generar un código de acceso o un enlace que puedes compartir por WhatsApp, mensaje de texto, o correo.
Olvidé mi contraseña, ¿qué hago?
En la pantalla de inicio de sesión, toca "¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?" e ingresa tu correo. Te enviaremos un enlace para crear una nueva.
¿Mis datos y los de mi familiar están seguros?
Sí. Usamos cifrado en tránsito y en reposo, y nunca vendemos tu información a terceros. Puedes leer los detalles completos en nuestra Política de Privacidad.
Quiero eliminar mi cuenta y mis datos
Escríbenos a soporte@tribucare.app desde el correo asociado a tu cuenta, y procesaremos la eliminación.

How do I add a medication?
Go to the "Medications" tab and tap the "+" button. There you can enter the name, dosage, schedule, and whether the treatment is fixed (with an end date) or ongoing.
How do I invite a family member to my care circle?
From the "Circle" tab, tap "Invite" to generate an access code or link you can share via WhatsApp, text message, or email.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a link to create a new one.
Is my family member's data safe?
Yes. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and we never sell your information to third parties. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
I want to delete my account and data
Write to us at soporte@tribucare.app from the email associated with your account, and we'll process the deletion.
